Casella Myall Park development
RWE completed the supply and installation of a large scale drip irrigation system in Yenda for the Casella Myall Park development. Our installation team completed the project over 12 weeks, installing drip irrigation across 289.45 hectares of the Myall Park Vineyard.
The project included the installation of 47 Amiad Mini Sigma Fully Automatic Field Filters and 48 Amiad Eliptix Poly Field Valves all tied together with 200 & 150mm 316 grade stainless steel sch10 pipe manifolds.
The system is automated via a MAIT Radio system with 16 soil moisture probes placed around the site to assist with irrigation scheduling. This new automated system will optimise watering schedules increasing crop yields and water efficiency.
