About Us
Formed in 2006 and previously known as Riverina Water Engineering, Yenda Prods Irrigation (RWE) is a collaboration between Yenda Producers Co-operative and Jak Ormesher. For over a decade we have expanded to become a major irrigation company within the region and gained recognition for introducing new technology and practices to the water industry.
Our large, experienced team covers every aspect of irrigation – design, engineering, programming, training, project management, retail, service, and audits. What’s important to us is working with each client to reach a solution that fits their budget, meets deadlines and above all provide original turnkey solutions. Regardless of the scale, we enjoy working with clients who think collaboratively and outside the square.

Service Area
RWE primarily works with clients within a 100km radius of Griffith, NSW. This includes Leeton, Narrandera, Coleambally, Carrathool, Hillston and everything in between. Our secondary service area encompasses the Riverina down to the Murray River and as far west as Mildura.
Staff Profiles
Laura Andreazza
General Manager
Laura is a solicitor admitted to the supreme court of NSW with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University. Born and raised on a third-generation family farm in Griffith, Laura has first-hand knowledge and understanding of the agricultural sector. During her time as a solicitor, Laura was heavily involved in commercial litigation, including agribusiness and irrigation related matters.
Laura is passionate about her hometown, most recently working as the Centre Manager of Headspace Griffith honing her skills as a leader in the community. Laura joined RWE in 2023. With her impressive background, accomplishments and leadership qualities, Laura is committed to building strong, empathetic business relationships and driving success and growth throughout the business.
Jak Ormesher
Design and Automation Manager
In 2006 RWE was formed as a collaboration between Certified Irrigation Designer, Jak Ormesher and Yenda Producers. With a clear focus on solving the industries irrigation issues, and a commitment to innovation, Jak and his team pride themselves on taking clients from inception to completion in a single streamlined platform.
As Managing Director, Jak oversees RWE staff and the core business functions of design, installation, and maintenance of high-quality irrigation systems. Jak also provides consultations for rural, domestic, corporate and government clientele. Operating out of the Griffith branch, Jak and his team regularly consult with the agronomy and horticulture teams at Yenda Producers, sharing knowledge and expertise for all to remain up-to-date on farming requirements.
